customer connection and email problems will receive free telephone technical
support for the first 20 minutes. Additional support will be billed, in

| Basic diagnosis
of hardware or software problem will be provided free. |
| Minor configuration
changes or problems caused by BEVCOMM software will be fixed for free. |

| On-Site
Support |
| A $40 trip
charge will be charged for all on-site support. |
| Basic diagnosis

in 1/2 hour increments). Minor changes to DNS that require less than 15
minutes to complete will be provided at no charge.

| Privacy
Issues |
| To respect
our customer's privacy, we will not provide information relating a customer
to an IP address. Exceptions may be made for situations relating to viruses,
security compromises, and other situations at BEVCOMM's discretion. Because
of the time involved to obtain this information, an administrative fee will
be charged to provide this information. |
