Notice to DVR Subscribers
Attention Bevcomm DVR Subscriber! We are updating our DVR system on March 9, 2021.
Here is what you need to know:
• Some of your existing recordings will go dark after March 9.
• You will still see them in your program listing. Simply delete them.
• Some recordings will remain. Recordings from the channels listed below will remain in your recordings list.
• Your scheduled series recordings will remain.
• You will have the ability to schedule your recordings through our web app.
• You will have the ability to view recordings from all set-top boxes in your home.
• When the upgrade is complete you will have the ability to record from all channels, as usual.
