The My Bevcomm app is available for download in the iOS or Google Play Store. You will find it by searching My Bevcomm in your App Store. Upon downloading the app, you’ll need to sign-in, one time, with your current online bill pay username and password. If you haven’t already registered your account, please do so. You will be asked to enter your most recent Bevcomm Invoice number and total amount due. If you need help with this, please give us a call at 800-473-1442.
Within the app, you can do the following:
• View and pay bills
• View Usage
• View and search directory
• See payment history
• Manage router settings (must have a router from Bevcomm)
• Change invoice preferences (paper or paperless billing)
• Manage autopay
• Submit a trouble ticket if you are experience issues with your service
Enroll in paperless billing today and get a one time $5 credit on your next invoice. Within the app, select Invoice Preferences and choose web bill only.
